Apple Inc is set to roll out its latest lineup of products on september 12 at the Steve Jobs Theater in the company's Cupertino, California campus, the iPhone maker said on Thursday. Speculation includes talk that Apple introduce three new iPhone models, infusing some with features from a premium iPhone X that debuted a year ago with a $1,000 price tag.

The 5.8-inch and 6.5-inch iPhones will come with OLED displays and likely a new and faster A12 processor and improved dual cameras.

Alongside the standard iPhone we may also see a larger iPhone X Plus which might include a giant 6.5-inch display and a cheaper device that will bring lower specs at a reduced price. This iPhone is also expected to only have a single rear camera.

This year looks set to be no different with plenty of speculation around a new Apple Watch, AirPods and iPad devices. The new Apple Watch models will include larger screens that cover almost the entire front of the watch.

Apple's event is supposedly focused on the iPhone, but that doesn't mean Apple won't add some extras to its list of new product announcements.

Beyond the iPhones, Apple is also planning new Macs, Apple Watches, and iPad Pros for debut this year.

Oh, and Apple will probably finally ship the AirPower wireless charger a year after it was announced.

Removing the feature because it's not used often might be a mistake, as it grants Apple not only a functional advantage compared to Android smartphones when it comes to navigation, but it could make it easier for users to see information not easily accessible through traditional touchscreen navigation, like showing a photo's EXIF data rather than a simplistic preview of an image that's one tap away.

In regards to other details, it's claimed that most are yet to be verified.
