Royal fans anxiously awaiting the release of an upcoming documentary on Queen Elizabeth II's special duties got an unexpected glimpse of Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, in a teaser clip.

The preview shows Meghan admiring her Givenchy wedding dress and commenting on the silk tulle wedding veil, which featured a flower from all 53 Commonwealth countries.

Filmed over more than a year with privileged access to The Queen, her family, her staff and her residences, this landmark documentary tells the story of how the Commonwealth has been a central focus and passion throughout Her Majesty's life.

It also seems to promise plenty more candid prenuptial Markle moments.

Prince Harry's wife Meghan will also give her first interview since marrying into the royal family, on the programme. "It'll keep us busy!"
