Another woman accuses Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct

The declarations will likely be a key topic of discussion when the Senate Judiciary Committee interviews both Ford and Kavanaugh about the assault allegations on Thursday.

Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-La.) reacted on "Outnumbered Overtime" to the third sexual misconduct accusation against Brett Kavanaugh.

Michael Avenatti has revealed the identity of a third Kavanaugh accuser, Juliet Swetnick, in a bombshell tweet, along with a sworn statement detailing her allegations.

"I've never sexually assaulted anyone".

She said that Kavanaugh's declaration of "innocence" and lack of sexual inactivity in high school on Fox News is a lie.

"It will relate to how they behaved at countless house parties, " Avenatti said. Furthermore, she said that she shared the story of her own alleged gang rape with "at least two other people" shortly after it occurred.

Julie Swetnick is a Washington DC resident who has spent her career working for the US federal government, including the US Department of Treasury, the US Mint and the Internal Revenue Service, according to her sworn affidavit. "I became the victim of one of these "gang" or "train" rapes where Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh were present".

She did not claim that Kavanaugh took part or was aware of her rape but she claimed that he and other boys in his circle engaged in similar behavior. The two names given are Mark Judge's and Brett Kavanaugh's.

Swetnick, who attended Gaithersburg High School in Gaithersburg, Maryland, said in the affidavit that she "attended well over ten house parties in the Washington, D.C. area" where Judge and Kavanaugh were present.

More voters express concern that GOP will focus too little on oversight of the White House than that Democrats will focus too much on investigations

She also said she saw Kavanaugh and Judge lined up at other parties "waiting for their "turn" with a girl inside the room".

"Swetnick alleged she had attended parties where Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge would spike girls" drinks to make it easier for them to be gangraped. He also claims to have been a virgin in high school.

The comment came during an hour-long press conference in which Trump looked ahead to Thursday's hearing featuring Kavanaugh and one of his three accusers.

They have also thrown into chaos what Senate Republicans once thought would be a smooth confirmation process.

Speaking to Politico on Tuesday, Avenatti said he determined that a woman making the allegation against Kavanaugh was "100 per cent credible".

Her lawyer, Mr Avenatti, called her "courageous, fearless and honest", and appealed for privacy for her and her family. Kavanaugh has categorically denied the allegations against him. "I never did anything remotely resembling what Dr. Ford describes". "These are last minute "smears, pure and simple".

The Post has not independently verified her allegations regarding President Trump's Supreme Court nominee.

US Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is now facing several allegations of sexual misconduct from the 1980s - all of which he denies.

Trump Says Kavanaugh Allegations 'political'
US President Donald Trump's Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh was hit by a second accusation of sexual misconduct on Sunday. Taylor Foy, a spokesman, complained that Democrats had "actively withheld information" from the Republicans until now.
