Microsoft is rolling out a new update for the To-Do app on Windows 10. It'll become more widely available October 9, according to ZDNet. These are early release builds for users who want to be on the bleeding edge and help Microsoft test Windows before it's widely released.
This update is another move by Microsoft to position Android devices as the ideal mobile companions to Windows 10 desktops and laptops.
Whatever you do, don't click the Confirm button to go ahead with the installation of the Windows update - because it will fail.
If you're prepared to install the Redstone 5 update right now, be aware that you'll need to reboot for the changes to take effect, and the reboot process may take 30 minutes or more. Meanwhile, IT pros get a simpler interface for controlling system security and various command line and Windows Subsystem for Linux improvements.
The feature has been testing with the Insider Programme for some time, but its full rollout will mark a period of analysis as to whether Microsoft can make good its mobile ambition through being a cuckoo rather than a creator.

Also on the gaming front, the October Update is the official launching point for the DirectX Ray Tracing API or DXR. When the tool get to the actual update phase, you'll get a progress indicator, but no ETA.
