Trump's Mar-a-Lago Club in Palm Beach, Florida, and his golf course in Jupiter, Florida, filed documents in 2017 to bring in additional foreign workers under the H-2B visa program.

The newspaper admitted: "There is no evidence that Mr. Trump or Trump Organization executives knew of their immigration status". Diaz explained, "There are many people without papers".

The revelations by the New York Times are in stark contrast to President Trump's stance on illegal immigration. As President, Trump has pushed for increased border security and a merit-based immigration system.

Morales-who is still now employed at the gold club-also revealed she will be looking into filing a lawsuit claiming abuse and discrimination after a supervisor made hurtful comments about her intelligence and undocumented status.

Morales said she cleaned Trump's villa while he watched TV, saw a parade of potential cabinet picks during the presidential transition, and witnesses chief of staff John Kelly - the former head of Homeland Security - meet with the president.

"I never imagined, as an immigrant from the countryside in Guatemala, that I would see such important people close up", Morales tells The Times, which describes her as a "diminutive woman with only two years of education who came to the United States speaking no English".

"We are exhausted of the abuse, the insults, the way he talks about us when he knows that we are here helping him make money", she told the Times. "We sweat it out and attend to his every need and have to put up with his humiliation".

Chicago Bulls: Why the wrong man was sacked
This season, Hoiberg has had Portis for only four games, Kris Dunn and Lauri Markkanen for one each and Denzel Valentine for zero. Individual development is not the same as the development of a team and a style of play and how you want to go about it.

Exhausted of waiting for asylum, migrants from caravan breach USA border
Earlier, Karen Mayeni, a 29-year-old Honduran, sized up the fence while clinging to her three children, aged six, 11 and 12. Some migrants may hope to defeat the odds and penetrate one of the most fortified sections of the southern USA border.

Israel launches attack on Lebanon, claims destroying Hezbollah tunnels
Ronen Manelis presented Tuesday footage of Hezbollah terrorists approaching a hidden camera inside a tunnel located on the Lebanese border.

Their attorney Anibal Romero claims at least a dozen undocumented immigrants are on the club's payroll which, if true, conflicts with the president's position on illegal immigration. She says she is applying for asylum and is exploring a lawsuit claiming workplace abuse and discrimination.

But a number of other Trump properties - including the Bedminster golf club - do not appear in that database of employers using E-Verify.

Morales told the paper she was hurt by Trump's public comments.

Around the same time, she said, several workers, who she said were also working illegally, had their work days shaved from five days to three days.

The Trump Organization, which owns the golf course, did not comment specifically on Ms.[Victorina] Morales or Ms.[Sandra] Diaz.

"We have tens of thousands of employees across our properties and have very strict hiring practices", the company said in an email. "If any employee submitted false documentation in an attempt to circumvent the law, they will be terminated immediately", a spokesperson for the Trump Organization told Fox News via email. CBS News reached out to the White House but have not heard back.

"Ironically, the threats often came from the same supervisor who had employed them despite knowing their undocumented status and even provided them with forged documents". Today, she spent the day with her lawyer, and as news of her disclosures spread, she did not answer a phone call from her supervisor at the golf course. "Why wouldn't he figure it out?"
