Kickboxing star Nasukawa was left crying in his own corner after being sent tumbling to the canvas three times in the first two minutes of the fight in Saitama, Japan.

Before the first of the bout's three three-minute rounds had ended, Nasukawa had been knocked down for a third time, and his corner was throwing in the towel to protect him from further punishment (see it here).

With Kenny Bayless in the ring, a ludicrous size advantage and the rules favouring Mayweather, there was no way that Floyd was going to lose Monday's exhibition fight.

Although he put on a great performance, it won't count on Mayweather's boxing record. "I'm still retired. I don't look forward to coming back to boxing".

"It was all about entertainment - we had fun", Mayweather said in the ring following his win.

There were no judges, with only a knockout or technical knockout considered a victory in the bout, with Nasukawa reportedly facing a $5m fine if he aimed a kick at Mayweather. "I came back for entertainment for the people of Japan".

Thank you very much, Mayweather players who fought. Tenshin is still undefeated - I'm still undefeated.

"I want to say thank you. I like to call it a nine-minute walk thru", the post added.

Floyd Mayweather's quick finish in his latest fight has received quite the reaction from the MMA community.

For now, we only can take Mayweather at his word that he'll stay retired and his 50-0 record will remain etched in history.
