Loughlin and her husband, fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, are accused of paying bribes to gain their daughters' college admissions. Loughlin and Giannulli allegedly paid $500,000 bribe to have both daughters admitted to the school as members of the rowing team despite their lack of participation in the team.

Olivia started attending classes at at the University of Southern California previous year.
