When we last checked up on Daenerys, she was getting very friendly with a particular relative of hers, Jon Snow, although they still have no idea they're part of the same family. Because she's just done forgotten it.

"And that became the thing that just saved me from considering my own mortality, yeah", she said of working on the set while dealing with her first aneurysm.

Clarke went on to detail her intense moments of pain and exhaustion, as well as her determination not to let it affect or career, or to let the world know about the state of her health.
