Facebook Live captures shooting on Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach

The injury did not require him to be taken to the hospital and he received medical attention on scene.

Several people are recovering in SC hospitals after a gunman opened fire in a shooting that was broadcast on Facebook Live.

Before officers arrived, a fight broke out among three members of the crowd. They eventually found the stolen vehicle and arrested the suspect, Myrtle Beach Police Lt. Joey Crosby told CBS affiliate WBTW-TV in Florence. The officer appears to have also suffered a minor wound.

This video, which was captured by an onlooker from his hotel balcony, shows a fight on Oceanside Boulevard.

Seven people were shot and are being treated for non-life-threatening injuries. The shooter fired multiple rounds before carjacking a vehicle and fleeing. The suspect’s identity is being withheld while the person remains hospitalized.

The suspect was later identified and apprehended later on Sunday, WMBF reported.

In the video, you can see a large group walking in and out of traffic on a busy Myrtle Beach road that runs alongside the oceanfront.
