If you recall, this color option was originally headed exclusively to worldwide markets, but HTC has apparently heard lots of feedback from customers asking them to bring the variant to the U.S.
On June 9th, HTC Canada announced the availability of the HTC U11, the Taiwanese company’s latest flagship smartphone.
In the United States, the HTC U11 is available in blue, silver, and black. And while all those color choices exhibited some really neat appearance-changing effects as you turned the phone and looked at it from different angles, few displayed such a pronounced shift as the solar red U11, turning to a near-yellow right in your hand. Yes, you can squeeze the frame to interact with the phone.
HTC expands its portfolio in the premium device market with the HTC U11. It comes packed with a 2GB RAM and a 16GB internal memory (expandable up to 128GB via microSD card), mounts an 8MP main camera with f/2.0 aperture, autofocus, LED flash and 1.12 µm pixel size and an 8MP front-snapper with f/2.0 aperture and autofocus, and houses a 2,650mAh battery.
As of now, HTC did not reveal any details about the pricing of the Solar Red variant.
As per the countdown, which started on June 16, the red variant will launch on June 20 in the USA.
Although the other three color options are priced at Dollars 649, currently, we are unaware about the price of the new red color variant.
Under the hood, there is Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 Octa-Core processor coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM.
