About 45 minutes in, the man suffered a fatal medical emergency, officials said, adding that the bandits would not allow the other workers to help him.
Police say the victim, whose name was not released, died of an apparent heart attack.
Police said one of the four contractors died following medical distress during the armed robbery. Additional autopsy tests are also pending. Police Chief Mike Koval says these suspects are wanted for felony murder charges because the contractor victim was scared to the point of death.
