White House defends Trump tweets: He ‘fights fire with fire’

“Then how come low I.Q. Crazy Mika, along with Psycho Joe, came”.

About 15 minutes before the president himself tweeted, White House social media director Dan Scavino similarly attacked the hosts.

“This is who the president is”, one official told The Daily Beast.

It’s hard to know where to even begin to interpret President Trump’s tweets this morning where he lashed out at MSNBC anchor Mika Brzezinski, saying her facelift was so botched that she was “bleeding badly”. “I said no!” the president wrote.

GOP Sen. Susan Collins of ME tweeted, “This has to stop – we all have a job – 3 branches of gov’t and media”. They were sort of amusing back when he was a TV reality show host trying to get his name in Page Six, then they were alarming when he was running for president, and now they’re just sort of pathetic.

Brzezinski and Scarborough were both spotted at Trump’s New Year’s Eve party, according to pool reports at the time, prompting Scarborough to fire off numerous tweets defending his presence there. “Technology has changed our universe”, she said in announcing the initiative, “but like anything that is powerful it can have a bad side”.

Democrat Nita Lowey of NY says, “The president’s behavior should be repudiated loudly and clearly”.

“Trump has a long pattern of making demeaning, sexist and discriminatory comments about the women who take him on”, DNC spokesperson Adrienne Watson said.

“Trump’s bullying tweets are an attack on women everywhere. Today’s tweets from Donald Trump are unpresidential and warrant an apology”. She said she is often criticized for her looks as a woman in politics. “From his Twitter slurs to his policies, we have a president who continues to show us he has no regard for women and whose comments demean the office he holds”.

Brzezinski quickly responded to Trump’s tweet with a photo of a Cheerios box ad targeted at children that says, “Made for little hands”, a reference to previous insults Trump has received about the size of his hands. “This isn’t normal and it’s beneath the dignity of your office”. “I said no!” Mr Trump said in two tweets.

Sasse did not support Trump in the presidential race, and Graham ran against Trump for the GOP nomination.

Trump didn’t stop there – he went rogue and blasted loads of other American media outlets as well.

“I heard poorly rated @Morning Joe speaks badly of me (don’t watch anymore)”, Trump wrote on Twitter. She was bleeding badly from a face-lift.

In May, Scarborough and Brzezinski revealed details of their engagement, claiming they had lunch with Trump in January during their time at Mar-a-lago.

If we had an actual adult in the White House, he would have laughed it off and gone on to the important business of the day.
